All course registrations and deposits are non-refundable.
Due to limited class sizes and the preparation required for each training session, Guardsidium does not provide refunds for:
- Missed classes
- No-shows
- Late arrivals resulting in inability to participate
- Failure to complete course requirements
- Schedule conflicts
- Change of mind after registration
01 Class Transfers
One-Time Transfer
Students who provide at least seventy-two (72) hours' notice prior to the start of class may request a one-time transfer to another available class date within six (6) months of the original course date.
Transfer requests are subject to availability and instructor approval.
02 Course Cancellation by Guardsidium
If Guardsidium cancels a course for any reason, students will have the option to:
- Transfer to another available class date; or
- Receive a full refund.
03 Government Agency Fees
